Chief Executive Officer

Buffy Stultz White is a nationally recognized healthcare staffing executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across international and domestic workforce solutions. As Chief Executive Officer of Olaro, she leads the organization’s strategy, growth, and vision to reimagine contingent staffing—delivering sustainable, client-centered solutions that support clinicians and healthcare systems alike.

Prior to joining Olaro, Buffy served as a Senior Executive with Venn Workforce Optimization, a Jackson Healthcare company, developing their locums optimization offering. She also previously served as Group President at Cross Country Healthcare, where she led workforce solutions, managed services programs, recruitment process outsourcing, and executive search teams overseeing over $1 billion in spend. She has also held senior leadership roles at Adecco and Pontoon, where she led global program management, implementation, and consulting teams across 70+ countries. Recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams, transform operations, and scale with purpose, Buffy is known for challenging industry norms with innovative, technology-enabled approaches to workforce transformation.

Buffy is a founding partner of TALINT Partners and has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for two consecutive years, as well as the North America 100 list.

Mark Davis is the Chief Strategy Officer at Olaro, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational growth, and workforce innovation. With more than 25 years of experience in staffing and enterprise delivery, he has a proven track record of scaling operations, developing client-focused solutions, and leading high-impact teams in dynamic environments.

Before joining Olaro in 2023, Mark served as Senior Vice President at SnapCare, where he played a key role in driving rapid growth and services expansion. He also held senior leadership positions at The Adecco Group, overseeing national delivery strategies and enterprise workforce solutions across multiple industries.

Recognized as a transparent, strategic, and people-first leader, Mark brings a passion for solving complex challenges and building future-ready organizations. His leadership is central to Olaro’s mission to transform healthcare staffing through human-centered strategy and innovation.

Sean McLennan, MBA, CPA

Sean McLennan, MBA, CPA

Senior Vice President, Finance

Sean McLennan has over 25 years of experience in a variety of finance, accounting and operational roles with companies focused in Staffing, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Professional Services. Sean leads Olaro’s Finance, Accounting and Information Technology teams.

Prior to joining Olaro, Sean was Interim CFO for AdvancedGroup, a staffing and professional services firm out of Chicago, Illinois. He also served as SVP Finance, CFO & Corporate Controller for Molecular Templates, a publicly traded Biotechnology company based in Austin, Tx and CFO and Vice President of Finance & Administration at Sunstar Americas, a privately held Japanese CPG company.

Sean holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University.

Paola West

Paola West

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations

Paola West is a strategic workforce executive with more than two decades of experience designing and leading high-impact staffing programs across healthcare, light industrial, and enterprise workforce models. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations at Olaro, where she oversees credentialing, compliance, and strategic workforce initiatives across the organization.

Prior to joining Olaro, Paola held executive leadership roles at SnapNurse (now SnapCare) and Adecco, where she led national strategy, implementation, and operations for complex workforce programs. She is known for her ability to translate vision into execution, lead through change, and optimize systems to support business growth.

Guided by her core values of leadership and excellence, she is committed to building high-functioning teams and modernizing processes to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. She brings a strategic mindset and a passion for technology-enabled innovation to her work—building scalable models that drive operational efficiency, improve clinician experience, and deliver measurable results across brands.

Leanne Mauldin, RN, LNC

Leanne Mauldin, RN, LNC

Vice President, Clinical Services

Leanne Mauldin, RN, LNC, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Olaro, bringing over 20 years of dedicated service to the organization. Throughout her tenure, Leanne has played a vital role in clinical operations, previously serving as the Clinical Leadership and Recruitment Manager, where she helped shape the foundation of Olaro’s high standards in healthcare staffing.

As a Registered Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant, Leanne offers extensive clinical expertise and leadership, managing day-to-day clinical issues and supporting both clients and staff across various healthcare settings. Her commitment to quality and safety is evident in her pivotal role in obtaining and maintaining The Joint Commission certification for Olaro.

Leanne leads the clinical design of all the workforce solutions Olaro offers, including labor disruption workforce programs, to ensure that clinical quality drives our performance and ultimately aligns with our clients' patient care standards.

Tanya McClendon is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry and over two decades of leadership experience in international staffing. A registered nurse with a master’s degree in healthcare administration, Tanya has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes through high-quality workforce solutions and compassionate leadership.

Throughout her career, Tanya has led initiatives that bridge clinical care with operational excellence, always keeping the patient and caregiver experience at the forefront. Her expertise spans domestic and international workforce development, regulatory compliance, leadership training, and strategic planning.

A passionate advocate for the nursing profession, Tanya continues to inspire and lead with integrity, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality care. She has been recognized by the DAISY Foundation with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024 and was named the 2025 International Healthcare Nurse Leader of the Year at the Fluxx Awards.

Jessica Jaramillo is a people-first HR leader with over 15 years of experience helping teams and organizations grow through change. Currently serving as Senior Director of People & Culture at Olaro, she focuses on building inclusive, supportive workplace cultures where employees feel valued and empowered to do their best work.

A Western New York native, Jessica spent time living and working across the Midwest before making Atlanta, Georgia home. Her career journey has spanned roles in employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural transformation across a range of industries. With early roots in customer service and operations, she brings a grounded, empathetic approach to HR leadership—balancing strategic goals with a deep commitment to people.
