Who is eligible to apply?

Registered nurses with a valid non-U.S. license, at least one year of experience in a >=100-bed facility, and readiness to be relocated to the U.S.

Do I need to pay for visa processing?

No. Olaro covers visa filing fees for eligible candidates.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. We support relocation for both you and your immediate family members, depending on your visa type.

Where will I work?

We match you with facilities that align with your experience and long-term goals. You’ll be placed before relocation.

Will I have help adjusting to the U.S.?

Yes. Our onboarding team will support you before and after your move, from housing coordination to workplace orientation.
