How to Build Confidence

Confidence is one aspect that looks like the best-worn and rocked outfit that no one tells you about.

As Christina Grimmie said: “Confidence is not ‘they will like me,’ Confidence is ‘I will be fine if they don’t.’”

Building Confidence is not easy it may take ages but trusting the process to build it, makes it beautiful once you acquire it,

Here are four aspects to it:

1. Self-Awareness

Conscious understanding of one’s personality and emotions.

2. Skill Development

Gaining competence through education, practice, and experience.

3. Positive Self Talk

Replacing negative thoughts with words of affirmation such as You are of value, you deserve to be here, your future is bright

4. Support Systems

Surround yourself with supportive people who encourage you at all times.
