Tanya McClendon is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry and over two decades of leadership experience in international staffing. A registered nurse with a master’s degree in healthcare administration, Tanya has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes through high-quality workforce solutions and compassionate leadership.

Throughout her career, Tanya has led initiatives that bridge clinical care with operational excellence, always keeping the patient and caregiver experience at the forefront. Her expertise spans domestic and international workforce development, regulatory compliance, leadership training, and strategic planning.

A passionate advocate for the nursing profession, Tanya continues to inspire and lead with integrity, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality care. She has been recognized by the DAISY Foundation with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024 and was named the 2025 International Healthcare Nurse Leader of the Year at the Fluxx Awards.

Jessica Jaramillo is a people-first HR leader with over 15 years of experience helping teams and organizations grow through change. Currently serving as Senior Director of People & Culture at Olaro, she focuses on building inclusive, supportive workplace cultures where employees feel valued and empowered to do their best work.

A Western New York native, Jessica spent time living and working across the Midwest before making Atlanta, Georgia home. Her career journey has spanned roles in employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural transformation across a range of industries. With early roots in customer service and operations, she brings a grounded, empathetic approach to HR leadership—balancing strategic goals with a deep commitment to people.

She is passionate about creating workplaces where people don’t just work, they belong and thrive.

Leanne Mauldin, RN, LNC, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Olaro, bringing over 20 years of dedicated service to the organization. Throughout her tenure, Leanne has played a vital role in clinical operations, previously serving as the Clinical Leadership and Recruitment Manager, where she helped shape the foundation of Olaro’s high standards in healthcare staffing.

As a Registered Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant, Leanne offers extensive clinical expertise and leadership, managing day-to-day clinical issues and supporting both clients and staff across various healthcare settings. Her commitment to quality and safety is evident in her pivotal role in obtaining and maintaining The Joint Commission certification for Olaro.

Leanne leads the clinical design of all the workforce solutions Olaro offers, including labor disruption workforce programs, to ensure that clinical quality drives our performance and ultimately aligns with our clients' patient care standards.
