*To be eligible, referred individuals must be a licensed /certified healthcare provider, eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. The referred healthcare professionals must not have worked for any Olaro division (Olaro and Freedom Healthcare) or have been actively engaged with an Olaro (Olaro and Freedom Healthcare) recruiter within the past twelve (12) months and must begin an assignment within six (6) months of the referral submission date. The referred individual must complete a minimum of five (5) weeks on assignment for the first half of the referral bonus to be processed, with the remaining bonus being paid out upon assignment completion. Referral payouts are based on the number of prior successful referrals and vary depending on the specialty of the referred healthcare professional. All terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and bonus amounts are subject to change at the discretion of Olaro.
